我都想知. 請問係唔係只收5張paper? 計唔計學校成績表呢?

簡介會時ms. lo同mr. chang都無話有張/頁數限的

.....我物要再整過....因我將成績評估, 獎狀同課外活動證書夾堆係本profile到??? 如果唔計呢3項,就真係得5張紙的內容!!!

does anyone knows how to fill up below points :
12(a) preschool attending : is it fill up the name of nursery school?
12(b) class/level attending : is it fill up the current class of attending e.g. K.3?

I hand the form today, I need to wait for nearly one and a half hour. The staff did not check my original copy. Also, my profile over 5 pages.

When I was waiting for the teacher checking the papers, I saw a parent sitting next to me taking out a lot of pages from the kid's profile. But I was not told to take out any. I am just wondering what the standard of the profile is.
