女女而家讀緊 K1, 但我轉去St. Cat..應該點做呢? 下學期轉 or K2 轉呢?

有冇成功例子可以share 呢? 請指教

Dear Yee2005,

You can call to the school and ask about the application time. Probably, the school will ask you to send the application letter around May, and then they will call you for interview around M-E/Jul, result released around B/Aug.

My daughter switched to St. Catherine from K2 3 years ago.

Hi, Yee2005,

I am not quite sure the interview questions since only my daughter was interviewed. She just told me that the teacher asked her to some Eng. questions and to recognise some Chinese word such as grass, ... I was waiting in another room, the teacher did not asked me any question, and did not request to see any school report.
My daughter is from Think (Mei Foo)

認字....亞女間 K1 只係教咗幾個字咋. 點算...你有冇買D認字card 去train 佢呢?

No la! She learnt all the Chinese word in school such as sun, moon, ear, hand, water, rice,... may be one word/week. If your daughter 's kindergarten does not teach Chinese word, I think you 'd better to buy the Flash card for her.
My son is studying K1 in St. Catherine now, he also need to learn 1 Chinese word/week. Same as Think.

May I know the reason of transferring your daughter fm Think to St. Cat? What's the difference between Think and St. Cat? Thanks.

It 's very difficult to say.
St. Cat is a famous school and teachers are more expreienced.
Actually, my daugher is a shy girl and I am afriad it is difficult to get a good primary school. I guessed that St. Cat. has preliviged when applying P1.

Apply K2 must be easier than apply for K1, because some students will be transfer to CCKG.
