Despite I warn him many times, he's easily forgot and do the wrong thing again, any suggestions?

I always get my kid to check the work after finished. Be patient to equip the kid with such a habit and this can't be done overnight.

Remind the kid 3 things at a time. If you remind him/her too much thing and check too much thing, he will forget what to check.
e.g. I asked my son to check 3 things:
1. capital letter at the beginning;
2. full stop at the end
3. "s"

小一時, 如是標點, 大細楷....我會經常REMIND佢, 但過左一段時間, 如EXAM時, 如果再漏, 我會罰佢1-2天無零用錢, 唔同佢玩1-2天.....總之罰佢CARE嘅嘢, 但唔會係體罰/罰抄, 因為如果罰抄, 佢個心都唔服, 唔會記住.

大大吓, 因為要佢知道有些事情須認真, 就用罰做補充了, 如明明是識的, 都"是但"答題, 就重覆再做其他相似補充題. 俾佢知道, 如果唔想做, 就要認真&盡力. 雖然我唔係太主張去谷D"雞精EXERCISE"俾佢, 但係適當嘅練習, 都要有少少.

最好當然係增加小朋友興趣去學習, 但係提昇唔到時, 唯有
冧吓又鬧吓. (有時都幾攞命)

依果係我最近嘗試中的, 唔知WORK唔WORK??
