seems they accept all applicants wow, even though they say around 4xx applications but accept only 1xx seats.

My boy has an am offer but may not accept it because the starting date of LH is still uncertain. Besides, i am worry about the administration and quality of school at the beginning term.
I send my son to pre-nursery because i want him get used with school life and learn basic knowledge and manner for preparation of the forthcoming kindergarten interviews. So a late starting date of schooling doesn't give any benefit to my son for the time being. In general, I still think LH is a good school but may take time for it to run smoothly. I would rather retry for the kindergarten next year

九龍塘迦南有offer,又係am,所以好煩惱.
我諗我兩間都會註冊,讀住cannan先,到11月才轉去學之園.
我今早打電話問過學之園一d細節,佢地話可以郵寄,學費不包離費,開學初有適應期,老師部分是由分校調派,有部分是新請.

曾經好似聽過有家長講過學之園學費包埋雜費,但今早問過係唔包既,上年度每學期雜費$600,今年或會調整.

It's too costly to let him study at Deborah for 1-2 months. Moreover, it is not good for the kids to accept the rapid changes in such short period of time.
As I am a working mama, I choose the Sat class.
How about you?

My daughter got acceptance of pm class, and I will let my daughter to attend another kindergarden until LOHAS is opened, and she is also attend the kid's playhouse now, so why you wanna change the playgroup? is that one not good enough?

我女入左PM CLASS

同意你所說, 交哂校服/ 書包/雜費都唔少錢, 讀1-2個月有咩大作用呢?!
對小朋友黎講都好慘, 佢已經知道"返學"係咩一回事, 所有老師/校長/同學仔/環境都花左時間去適應, 1-2個月之後又將所有野重新去適應, 我覺得未必係一件好事

如果10月開得, , 讀其他學校1.5月咋.....都幾麻煩.....
(佢地真係未FIRM幾時開得)

呢間係佢地第3間新校, 有左3次經驗, 我有信心佢地會搞得好

學之園係一間好好的學校, 11月開班我都唔介意, 因為我預左升埋K1-K3, 而家讀唔足4年, 都係欠1-3個月啫, 我自己就會同佢讀下PLAYGROUP

當然, 如果只係想讀PN班, K會轉出去, 咁少左1-3個月就係問題喇

其實你講得岩嘅, 如讀德寶,跟住過2-3個月又要適應新學校. 但因為我吾確定比亞女係個度讀4年, 所以都會安排k1 interview, 但好多K1 interview都係10-11月開始, 怕佢返少咗兩個幾月學, 難與其他小朋友爭!
我都係要返工架, 所以想佢返playgroup on Sat, 但kids playhouse 冇位呀, 等咗半年都冇呀, 所以唯又返平日, 姐姐帶.
你都係住將軍澳啦, right? 睇下有冇機會係開學前我地認識下, 約出黎玩啦!

BTW, 點解吾contiue kids playhouse ah? 好似可以返3-5日 per week wow?

I received a letter from 德寶 to make the remaining balance. I decided not to take its offer and wait for LH.

I noted that Kid's playhouxx 's activities are duplicated although my son have attended for 5 months, so I want to find another playgroup to let him learn the new things.

Which month is your girl born? I noted that you also made posting in 0803. My son is borned in Mar 08.

It's a good idea to have a meeting, so we can exchange our idea and have sharing.

我出年年中都會搬入日出康城, 亦希望個女返LH. 但我個女係0812, LH話要等到9月, 睇下情況先安排interview. 我覺得如果有心喺LH讀埋K1-K3, 唔差在遲一兩個月開學. 如果你出年先報佢地k1, 就未必可以讀到am. 按常理, pn班升上K1時, 大部份人都會揀am class, 咁外來嘅人就會得番好少位.

Hi Chichibb, 如果你驚bb無pn讀, 你可以試下 boxhill 調景領, 不過學費貴 d 要成 $4600/m. 其實我個仔都報左 boxhill, 都收左. 不過我選學之園, 因為我 target local stream 小學. 希望你快d搵到存學校la.

Proposed $3900 x 12 a year. Need to be confirmed later.
But I'm not sure if it carries thru PN to K3.

Hi All Mami,

My son also got offer from LH (TKO) PN and successfully change it to "AM" session.

He is studying the playgroup at BoxHill and I plan to continue the playgroup for him until LH TKO available in Oct/Nov'2010.

Auctally, both Box Hill & LH TKO were gave offer to him and we will take LH TKO as final decision.

I think some will give up the place eventually when they have visited the site later or just get used to the existing nursery and don't wanna change again.

收到校車收費表, 由藍田去康城LH要$800都幾貴. 另外, 你地知唔知架校車有無安全帶架, 個b返學時得兩歲都幾唔放心佢搭校車. 如果姐姐帶,阿b返學果3粒鐘佢做咩好.

我bb剛剛1 歲,住觀塘,都想報學之園,我又係怕bb2歲唔懂座定定,無安全帶梗係唔搭喇!!我同事話,同車有個小朋友整親,有褓姆都唔講出事,等到嫲嫲接返屋企先知個手紅晒,睇醫生先知斷手(2歲),要包石膏呀

家住調景嶺, $470雙程都尚可接受. 我先前報左啟思, 由我屋企搭去藍田都要$900, 嚇親人. 我都唔知校車有冇安全帶, 但係我帶囡囡番維記pg坐o個啲保姆車就有安全帶. 我冇得話放唔放心架喇, 屋企仲有個細既, 姐姐最多都只可以帶囡囡去屋企樓下搭車咋...

我因為要睇住仔仔, 所以上次都係老公帶囡囡去in. 囡囡o個次o岩o岩上完pg, 好驚佢好眼瞓. 學之園安排都唔錯, 好準時, 所以都唔駛囡囡等咁濟, 所以冇扭眼瞓, 好彩係到最後「家長會」先至開始扭. 成個過程都只係大約二十分鐘, 有小組, 有個人~~
