The current situation is that the primary section would give K3 students of St. Clare's Kindergarten the priority to reserve places for P.1 in SCPS. You may decline this offer and go for the lucky draw and your place would be allocated to applicants of other kindergartens. In that case, the school (I mean the primary section) cannot guarantee to re-allocate a place for your child if you turn back to them after the lucky draw's result is not up to your satisfaction.
