Yes! My daughter said the circled words need to spell because it may use for their dictation.
Today she said there is a dictation in Maths Lesson about the numbers. I think it may be a quiz or just only an exercise that their teachers wanted to revise for them.

After I came back home yesterday, she show me the maths classwork book. At that time I understood "Dictation on Maths" means the classwork only.

From the orientation day in Aug., their teacher said all VA things(except wet towel) can keep in the locker,but I'm not sure now because no instruction from the handbk.

I wrote the memo to Ms. Chui, she replied that they have 2 groups for Oral, Group A & Group B. Only Group B needs to bring toys for Oral lesson.

BTW, any Chinese words needed to be circled for dictation in texbook Chapter 4?

CTWCHOW, I found the words in her chinese homework (詞語簿)are same as the words which circled in her chinese book, but I'm not sure whether they are used for dictation.

So anyone can help me?

BTW, my daughter always says she cannot make new friends in the class, so she is unhappy. Do your little girls have this problems?

Soooooo happy that my baby finally got 89 marks for her 1st ever dictation..haha!
A lot better than what I expect!! haha!

Maybe it's not a very good result compare with her other classmate, but I'm very pleased...

She wrote "Quiz (1) on Fri (22/10) revise Supp WS (4) & (10)". I'm not fully understand what it means, is it only a quiz on Supplementary worksheet (4) & (10)?

尋日去買校服，兩間公司都有部份貨沒有了，要等到下星期同十一月中先有，激c！運動服同校服兩樣都淨係買了一半(體育服無長褲，校服無左黃色衫恤，仲要等到十一月中先有！)，換季都換唔到！我見隔離班話左下星期一可以著冬季，而家都唔知點算！

大家知唔知可唔可以冬季和夏季每樣一半咁著？

My husband went to buy those sport uniform and socks, some of them strat to out of stock. I bought them 1st, may change afterwards when they have more stock.

唔該哂你！上次我問佢都話十一月中先有，我就惟有買左件大兩個碼的恤衫比阿女換住季先，但係件綠色冷衫同校褸就仲係買唔到，希望呢段時間唔會好似上星期咁凍啦！
其實，點解學校唔安排校服商到校賣校服，其實好多學校都會有咁安排，如果可以係學校賣，尺碼又會齊，又唔駛我地家長撲去間校服商到好幾次，都係未買到果隻！d學生又唔駛捱凍！

學校的Test Week真係好長，我就情願幾天測哂去，痛痛快快幾日攪掂吧！

呢段時間又要應付每天功課，又要溫書，又要望囡囡唔好病，就係少的精力都唔掂！唔知大家有冇這些感受？

Agreed, I'm very nervous these 2 weeks. We will get the 1st Exam very soon in mid Jan 2011, Need to keep it on. I still have to go through those textbooks they've taught these 2 week andd prepare for those Chin & Eng Dict next week.

我今天叫了囡囡同老師講買唔到校褸，星期一只穿冷衫得唔得，不過唔知佢記唔記得問！
我早幾日打去學校問，學校就話通知老師就可以，同埋教識阿女如果有其他老師或校長問起時都識解釋喎！

These words all come from their textbook, so I think it is reasonable because teacher taught these words at school and then pupils go back home to do the homeworks to revise. Every school also do like this.

My daughter cannot copy all the words for her Chinese writing. Could anyone know what are those words for today's Chinese writing?

I wrote on her handbaook that "we don't need to buy the school hat" as it's not a compulsory item. I bought it in KG before but only used 1-2 times, very wasteful.
