My daughter only gets a waiting offer from GH, just want to see if her chance of being called is great....

No - GH is not in the same level as DGS.
Given the choice, I think most will give up GH & go for DGS.

Yes, most (maybe All) will give up GH and go for DGJS, although GH has a higher academic level.
