Dear parent,
I am pleased to inform you that your child has been short-listed to attend the second interview of

2012-2013 Primary 1 Admission. Details are as follows:

Interview notification letters will be sent to all applicants on 27 Oct 2011. You will find the Parent’s Copy

and the Student’s Copy (with labels attached) enclosed. You should have received them by 1 Nov 2011.

If not, please call us at 2367 3318 on 2 Nov 2011.

Please be PUNCTUAL. Applicants who fail to attend the interview according to the specified date and time will not be considered.
1. Please stick the label enclosed on your chest before entering the school campus, and arrive at the
Student Activity Centre (G/F) 15 minutes before your child’s interview starts. Please note that the whole
interview process may last for about 1 hour.
2. You MUST BRING the following things on the interview day: (必須攜帶以下各項)

i) the Parent’s Copy of the notification letter (家長通知信)

ii) the Student’s Copy of the notification letter with a recent photo affixed (貼上近照的學生通知信)

iii) the Parent’s & the Student’s labels enclosed (家長及學生貼紙) AND

iv) the original handbook or any other documents with a photo and school chop
issued by the kindergarten attending. (由就讀幼稚園發出的學生手冊正本或任何附有照片及蓋上校印的文件)

Parent Sharing Sessions

You will be invited to share your expectations for your child’s primary education with our School Management when your child is attending the second interview. Details are as follows:
(本校管理層邀請您在子女進行面試期間，分享您對子女小學教育的期望。詳情如下:)
1. Your child’s interview score will NOT be affected by your participation in the Parent Sharing Session.
(家長參與分享會將不會影響子女的面試分數)
2. At least one parent of the applicant should attend the Sharing Session. (父母可一同出席)
3. The Sharing Sessions will be held in groups of 10 approximately. (每組約十人)
4. Each Session will last about 15 minutes. (每組約十五分鐘)
5. The Session will be conducted in Cantonese if your child is in the English & Chinese Stream. The Session will be conducted in English if your child is in the English & French Stream.

Your child’s application for the first phase admission to our school in the academic year 2012/2013 has been unsuccessful. However, you may apply for your child again in our second phase admission in June 2012. You may browse our school website in early May for more details. 好開心呀仔竟然有2nd in, 佢上次一見完TSL就病了4日! 見果朝唔出聲唔想講o野我地本來打算放棄唔去架喇...

呀仔見完唔開心話自己唔叻, 其他小朋友好叻, 咩都識, 好似好失望咁, 見到佢個樣就心都實晒!

我仔係10月, 唔算大又唔係年尾超細仔. 佢有同學仔係大女, 表現很好之前每間都有2nd in 但TSL唔得, 所以真係好難講. 平常心啦!

My daughter got 2nd in and she was born in Feb (big girl), I though she was failed as she told me she could not answer the Chinese questions well.... so I feel lucky! Anyway, we could not control the interveiw performance .... very depends on your child... keep fingers crossed everyone!

It seems to me this is a relatively new school. Does it has secondary school? where do the graduates go?

My girl was born in november, still not yet 5. I guess the school really look at the performance than birthday as she was asked to read an English reader in the interview.

多謝呀! 我懷疑呀仔果日病所以無咁Hyper先入到2nd in! 但其實入到2nd in 再有offer 同1st in 完要有2nd in chance真係差不多! 1st 係6.x個小朋友選1, 2nd 都要4.x個小朋友選1! anyway! 大家都加油!!!

I think I will say:

1. A co-educational school so both boys and girls can apply
2. Good languages training and 活動教學
3. PLK schools - so the resources and experience in school-running are not bad
4. School fare is not expansive (平民化)
5. School policy seems good - 不會只拔尖,不補底,成績差就要踢走
6. Graduates - the school has announced 3 yrs allocation results on its web-site

或者在某些人心目中係睇唔上眼果種
但我鍾意囉, 只希望仔仔有個開心的小學生活
