請問全港最大型和認受性最高的朗誦比賽是哪幾個呢？

If my son's school is not a member of 香港學校朗誦節 association, then how can I apply for him?

Please introduce any centre in Hong Hum/ Whampoa/ Ho Man Tin/ Yau Ma Tei. Thanks

for P1 can apply through primary school.
Most primary schools are members of the Association.
But not all kindergartens are members of the Association, like my son's kindergarten.
So I need to look for another way to apply.
Please help
