For info, EDB will directly send letters to parents to notify parents to go by 指定日期 (from 18/1 to 19/1/2014) 到指定的統一派位中心去辦理選校手續。

Actually, in early Jan, kindergarten principals/teachers will distribute to parents some EDB info about 學校資料 and a “sample form about 選擇學校表格” , 等家長大約知道吓要真正填表時的格式和要求等 [so beforehand, you can make extra copies and use the sample form to help you to fill in 心目中想要的學校排位次序]。

要記住, 那張 “真正的選校表格 original form” 只會在你到指定的統一派位中心時職員先會派給你。還有, 如你在正日(from 18/1 to 19/1/2014) 於統一派位中心時, 不小心在 original form填錯了學校資料 / 或者你在original form 劃到/改到花晒的話, 咁其實你可向統一派位中心有關的職員, 請佢哋再比過另一張新form 比你再填過 [當然你要交番填錯的 form 比職員void咗佢]。
