Nowaday, most teachers won't do anything to have conflict with kids and parents. Because most of us may complain to headteacher or EDB, jeopardise the next contract.

If a strict teacher complain to me about my son, I will listen to her/him. Most of the time, it's my son's fault. I take their advice and cooperate with them, I can see my son improve in that areas.
