除了時間因素，興趣，心儀大學科目是否也是文科？

昨晚跟位教授同枱食飯，他兒子選修化學，物理及歷史，成績都十分好，雖然三大都有 offer ，暑假后會去英國留學，主修歷史！

父母都是科學家！

我多口問一問，你指兒子理科成績好於文科，你是指表面分數，例如Phy Chem Bio 70＋，文科60＋，對嗎？

但理科及文科每科排名，有可能是相反，因為理科易取高分，文科較難，所以可能理科是top 50%, 文科是 top 25%，到考公開試，每科不同 cut off scores 結果可能就不一樣，文科較有把握入大學，而非理科。

如果我説法合理，他的選擇反而是正確的！

Cut off score 是指 要多少分數才取5**，5*，數學可能要92%一100%才5**。歷史可能68%－78%。
