In the last few weeks, I browsed more in other sub-forums like secondary admission, high school, primary admisiion...... warm, supportive, helpful, positive energy....... that's why I joined BK & then EK dated back 2006.

Sweet memory...... not much in education policy sub-forum...... I don't know why.

I support your stand. I prefer to see a more healthy and positive education policy sub-forum.

BTW, what's the objectives of education policy sub-forum? Some of debate titles nothing related to edication policy, the title itself may stir up fight or debate.....

If under EK, come up an sub-forum just for "Blow water" like in BK, which may fulfill some posters' interest. Of course the basic forum rules need to uphold.

Support. I also see most posters browse different sub-forums base on their interests and what information they want to know or contribute.

In the mean time, you can move some posts to the appropriate sub-forum and should be OK. That's what I saw in other well established forum.

I guess some posters like to blow water, add a sub-forum and policy sub-forum more focus on serious policy issues.......

For (11), if you quote the link or source of info, should be fine. Of course, some posters may miss to quote the source.

Thanks for your differentiation.

Forum master can seek for legal advice and state the reference guideline or what's appropriate to respect the IP of the original author(s).

I can't see posters intentionally infringed the IP right in BK, more technically violation (miss out reference) or convenient to readers (post the complete article) in the forum.

Reasonable suggestion.

So the forum master may clearly stated that in the sub-forum or forum rules.
