Mine got 2nd interview by Principal focusing on parent with question asked about kids development, how much time I spend with my gal everyday and will I be willing to match school teaching philosophy to nurture my kids etc... So through answering questions, u can further elaborate and quote example to show ur commitment, that is the way I did my second in last year.
