They started to accept girls since 2008, do you know the number of girls for Year 2008 & Year 2009?

I am sure the the number of girl for all P1.  But there are 7 girls in my son's class (38 students in the class).

Therefore, 190 students (38 x 5 classes) for P1 2009/2010.  How come they said only got 140 seats for 2010/2011???
