When I met the Principal, the marks for the games played in the 2nd interview were not yet compiled and so the Principal could not confirm whether my kid could be given an offer.
Although the principal has always told the parents that he would select students solely based on their performance in the interviews, I still have a feeling that he wants to see the parents of shortlisted candidates to “ensure” the parents are not super-monsters (according to his own criteria)!
I am sure all the kids having 3rd interview with the principal should have done brilliantly as there are altogether 6,000 plus kids fighting for just 165 offers, the final 400+ kids are the top 5%, and so must be good!
