Hi sjmama,

I tried to ask CAC 社工 if our son (AF) is qualify for 傷殘免稅額 but she asked me to call inland revenue department to check the requirement and paper work needed then let her know.  Reading this post I had thought CAC 社工 should be familiar with 傷殘免稅額, so her response kinda strange.  Can you shed some lights on how to apply 傷殘免稅額 please.

Thanks, I also checked inland revenue website and saw the same info.  However still not cleared where to get the document to have CAC doc signature, is this a standard form or simply a letter from CAC doc.   We are not looking for 傷殘津貼, but would be great if we can get 傷殘免稅額 as we spent quite a lot of money in the past 7 months on private service, luckily I got a phone call from 社工 yesterday to inform we got EETC seat.
