there are some kindergartens also organize some 2 hours or 1.5 hours activities for children (e.g. arts work, english ).

You may consider them.
i think that if you are not a full time mom and no one (or just bun bun) to look after the baby, 1.5 to 2 hours activites is also a good idea provided that it is near by

i also agree not taking 2 K1 at the same times  But if the another time slot (not too long) is just some play group and fun activities (e.g. in another languages, english/japanese) with other child, that may be a good idea
