my boy is similar to yours though he's now studying PN...what's difference is i shall let him 食飽飽 when he's back home around 5PM (as i think it's too long in btw 11:15-5PM)...and eat some or none w/ us at 7PM...

佢搭車都唔肯瞓.咁7點起身,又好難上午再小睡,到下午上堂時就真係好累啦!
總之佢就唔多肯瞓,個樣都累死都唔肯瞓...晚上多數一覺9個鐘.返下午班就無左午睡時間,都唔知點安排好!

no worry...just let her run for a period and her biological clock will then be set up automatically...though may be harash in the beginning...
