Did anyone of you join the ECA after school. How would you arrange the transportation?


Me too, I don't know if they need to bring story book for Lit. Since the second week, I ask my daughter to bring only old dog tom, because I saw from other class's home assignment notice at the school  intranet. I took a guess that it is more or less the same.

As far as I know, there is an additional of 2 students who joined after the first day of school, because my daughter class number had changed by adding 2. But I am not sure if it was transferred from other class or it was from other school.

My daughter said the toilet is very dirty, so she did not go wee-wee at school until she returned home. I gave her a pack of wet tissue to wipe the toilet bowl today, hopefully she is willing to go.

I think this year there is no penmanship workbook, but instead just use exercise book.

My daughter brings all the homework back home even though if she finished it at school e.g. last week maths odd/even balloons.

Yes, she also told me that she get to know your girl today. And was pretty surprise that I knew her English name.

Yes, there are some differences between the intranet and what she actually written in the H.A. book. Infact I am not too concern if she writes more than what the intranet had posted.

But for some verbal notices, my daughter will only tell me about it in the very last minute i.e. the next morning.

Did you buy F4 folder to keep their worksheets?
If you do, did you buy a big hard cover F4 folders to keep all subjects or buy several plastic cover F4 for individual subjects?

I only know that we need clear folder for Music.

What about other subjects?
Yes big folder => box file then divide subjects by tab index. That's my initial thought. However, my daughter said they will keep it in the drawer for revision. I really have doubt in this issue.

What kind of folder do you use?

In another case, she said RME teacher requires them to bring beads on Monday but she did not have any and was upset about it. So, I said we are not catholic, I don't think we need to bring it to school.

May I know how do you do revision for Putonhua written test?
Is it "hanyu  pinyin" e.g. they give chinese words and the kids need to write the pinyin? Please advise.

Yes, my husband and I will be attending the AGM this saturday.

I don't think they have started WP yet, but I still ask her to bring it to school and bring back on Friday, if not used.

Just found out that your daughter sit next to my daughter.

Class teacher has been on sick leave these 3 days, hope she is getting better. Don't know if we are behind of the other classes.

1D is already studying WP page 6....

She didn't tell me about it, maybe she is afraid that I will scold/nag her.  I think most probably she did not like the taste of her dish. Let me ask her tonight.  Thanks VC.

Gigi,

She said she was drinking too much water after finishing her lunch, that is why she is vomiting.

Anyone here know whether 22nd Nov 2008, can we bring our daughter there too? or just parent only?

I also bought it on Tuesday night. Did you buy the turtle neck knit sweater? Do you think we can buy a similar one outside as my girl can only accept cotton. The one that they show me seems to be very itchy.

Did anyone of you here volunteer as lunch helper or morning reading Mom/Dad. I went there this morning to read story. My first time to read story in front of at least 10 students there (P.1C), I hope they heard me well because I know I have a really soft voice.
