I really appreciate point no 3, and I think this is one of the essence to define a real international school. It's the difference between Chinese and western culture where the Chinese always believe in " 識人好過識字" when getting a school offer and they don't believe in their kids. It's funny when we got an offer from a so called hard-to-get-in IS, at least a few local parents have asked me " Did you know someone there?" Honestly I found this quite rude indeed and I think this has been so deeply ingrained in the Chinese culture.

Yes we should have confidence in our kids. They don't see things like us. Btw I think your kid is not from Harrow?
