According to school website information, the instrumental class charges are as follows.  
Whether the charge is reasonable is 見仁見智.  Actually, though there are some really well-off families, a lot are from middle working professionals.

Percussion(Elementary)節奏樂(初級組)
Small group of two to four
二至四人小組：$2,700
Jazz Drum 爵士鼓 /Xylophone 木琴班
Small group of two to three
二至三人小組：$3,225
Guitar 結他
Small group of two
二人組：$2,775
Piano 鋼琴
※Only those with a piano at home can apply
※家中必須有鋼琴者方可申請
Single 一人：$4,350

Lunch is $700 per month.  2 dishes + 1 soup from school canteen

Called the school and spoke to the student there, also looked at school information before, they said $2000 music class is not included. 100% sure.

And 1 musical instrument is complusory for each stu ...

The chinese teachers have all obtained a Pro Dip. in using Putonghua as a Medium of Instruction, on top of the government requirement of passing the 基準試.

There are two terms in one academic year.  

There is no instrument class in summer holidays but i guess you may make special arrangement with the instructors.
