When my daughter has the referral letter from the CAC, they also give me a list of hospital with ST service. I phoned one by one and some that that the service is restricted to your address. Finally, TKO is nearest to my home and the shortest time. It need 14 months. She speak a lot after go to school and maybe no need to have the service la.
