SMC and TSL

If both accepted by SMC and TSL, which one you will take??

The teachers are not persistent in using English for all courses...That's the issue I concern..

I also found out that the teachers really use English as the teaching medium in SMC. However, my husband heard the teacher used Chinese to teach PE in TSL.
