My girl also Dec small girl ar....
She jsut join HKPS for K1 this year (PN in another KG)....we are lucky to get a seat....

So, your girl is Dec small girl also?? and she is K3 now? Does she have any problem to catch up with other children in school life?? I am alway worry about my girl as she is the smallest girl in the class.....can you share your experience?

Yes, I agree HKPS K1 has lot of writting even int he begining 1-2 weeks. But luckily, my girl like drawing (but not properly draw sometimes). But at least she dont refuse to pick up the pen.

But, i find she is hard to control the pen for some "small area"....maybe she is still small. So, I am a bit worry about her writing skill.

Her memory is good and she know all A to Z and 1 to 10 already. But, her chinses word is poor....

The teacher just call me tonight. She said my girl not cry now. But she is a bit quiet, not speak up.

I may learn from you. Give her sticker to school....let her try make more fd around....I hope it would help.

I hope your daugther can get in a good primary school ar....

There is baby boom yr for my daughter's year. SHe will face to very keen completition. That's why I hope she can build a better foundation in HKPS.

stressful even she is only KG now.....the child is harsh nowaday....so, that's really difficult to give born to 2nd baby...

YOu have only 1 child only??

My daughter is in GE PM class this yr....
I think the Chinese teacher is new (ms Fung) .... I always think her voice is too light/ soft and worry the kids cannot listen to her.....

My girl has 2 pigtails also...haha...
I find lot of girls with pigtails in GE class....

Yes, I also feel HKPS is pushy now.....my girl is 2006 Dec baby so she is a very small kid in the class....I am a bit worry she cannot catch up with the others....

That's hard to get a seat in HKPS...i hope she will enjoy the school life....

Also, do you think school dont hold any party for special festival this yr....it seems silent for both Mid-Autumn Festival and coming Halloween....

yes she was in PG last year.  Easier to get into PG than K1... her elder brother was in K3 there last year, so she had bonus marks
