今晚返學校聽咗 S3 選科講座，今晚先至知 UCCKE 盡力幫學生升大學係咁不為餘力。
課程 A) 國際 IGCSE & IAL 課程
課程 B) 香港 DSE 課程 http://www.hkeaa.edu.hk/en/hkdse/assessment/subject_information/
i) Category A: Senior Secondary Subjects : Phy、Chem、Bio、M1 / M2、Geog、History、VA、ICT、Econ、Tourism  and Hospitality Studies、Literature in English、BAFS A / BAFS B、中國文學、中國歷史、倫理與宗教、體育，湊夠10人選就會開班
ii) Category B: Applied Learning Subjects : 原來 UCCKE 都可以俾學生選修 APL 科 e.g.Applied Psychology，有師姐考其中一科APL Applied Psychology 都可以成功考入中大讀 Sociology
iii) Category C: Other Language Subjects : 今年 2018 年開始開日文, 湊夠10人選就會開班。

依家資助大學嘅 DSE 計分要求真係層出不窮.

例如 M1/M2 有啲大學計1科選修科, 有啲只計0.5科. 而匯基係少有嘅 B1 中學提供 Category B: Applied Learning Subjects (ApL), 而我見學校今年係 S3 選科講座接二連三搵過來人學生分享: i) 舊年畢業生讀一科 ApL考入中大 Sociology, ii) 上個月又搵咗依家讀緊 S6 讀完1科ApL嘅學生. 另外, 今年見學校多咗通告有關 ApL 課程資料俾同學去了解.

好奇心又再發作, 啱啱鑽研吓 Category B: Applied Learning Subjects (ApL) 考大學有咩 Jetso 好處, 因為我及小女心儀中大, 係中大見 ApL 除咗最高分係可以當 DSE Level 4, 原來指定ApL科目係有 bonus point 加分的, 當第七科選修科 bonus point

重點係, ApL 科目唔洗考 DSE 公開試, 只係S5 及 S6 上堂做功課作為評核成績

The above programmes accept specific Applied Learning (ApL) course(s) with “Attained with Distinction I” (comparable to Level 3) and “Attained with Distinction II” (comparable to Level 4) as an extra elective subject for awarding bonus points in 2019 entry. The size of the bonus points will depend on candidates’ results in those subjects.

小時了了多謝你一直無私的分享， 讓我認識多了這學校。  我女兒明天也會參加中一面試， 我不熟識GCSE， 但好奇想知道為甚學校將要開辦的 integrated stream 只有理科？  有特別原因嗎？

首先，預祝你小朋友明天面試成功。

如果同以往安排無變，明天你會係禮堂見到校長，你這條題目不妨明天直接問校長等佢直接答你，因為我都唔知呀！

2. 貴校有否設精英班？初中及高中的分班有何準則？
本校不設精英班，全級按男女比例分班，其中一至兩班為「普教中」。
高中分班則以同學的選科意願而編配，同樣不設精英班 。

3. 貴校的高中課程有哪些可供同學選修的科目？
主修：中國語文、English Language、Mathematics、通識教育（中或英）

選修（中文授課）：中國文學、中國歷史、倫理與宗教、體育

選修（英語授課）：Math (M1), Math (M2), Literature in English, History, Geography, THS, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, BAFS Accounting, BAFS Business, Visual Arts, ICT, PE.

5. 通識科的授課語言是中文嗎？
本校大多數同學均以中文應考通識科，惟部分英語能力優異的同學可申請入讀英文通識組，但需經校方審核批准，同學並需以英文應考DSE。

7. 貴校有沒有為非華語學生編訂中文課程？
如學生於小學時已修讀非華語或基礎中文課程，入讀本校後可申請豁免修讀正規中文課程，轉修「基礎中文」課程，改為報考IGCSE中文。

15. 貴校設有校巴服務嗎？

2019年
現時，本校設有兩條港島區的校巴路線，分別是 (1) 中西區線和 (2) 南區線，以及一條九龍路線： (3) 荃灣線。

(1) 港島中西區線以堅尼地城為起點，途經皇后大道西、西邊街、般含道、柏道、羅便臣道、金鐘；

(2) 南區線以寶翠園為起點，途經蒲飛路、薄扶林道、香港仔、海怡半島；

(3) 荃灣線以麗城花園一期為起點，途經愉景新城、綠楊坊，到達學校。


2021年

本校設有三條校巴路線：一條港島區的校巴路線 (港島中西區線) 以及兩條新界區的校巴路線 (荃灣線、將軍澳線) 。

" In compared with the DSE and the JUPAS results in the year before, we have more encouraging results in 2019. 96% of our graduates have received JUPAS offers, 91.6% of which are degree programs with 36.7% offered by HKU, CUHK and HKUST. These three figures are higher than the corresponding figures in the previous year. Praise the Lord! The students’ subject grades are also very promising, 63.1% of them are of Level 4 or above (the HK average percentage is 36.5%), and 20.5% are Level 5 or above (HK average is 13.1%). 改為1年1次Final Exam (考試週) 及 2次 Uniform Test (測驗週)
Uniform Test for Autumn Session (Nov)
Uniform Test for Winter   Session (March)
Final Term Examination (June)

純個人感覺及孩子溫習情況 Uniform Test 與 Exam 無咩分別, 只係 Uniform Test 會有少量科目唔洗測驗 eg 體育、音樂
