取證日期：6/6-7/6
時間9:30am-12:30pm, 1:30-4:30pm

如果真是趕不及, 可以寫授權書, 授權他人代取, 教育局的網站有sample。

另外, 註冊日期應為9/6-10/6 在各學校開放時間內。

至於叩門日期, 各校應有不同的安排, 我選的那間學校, 6/6 9:30am開始就可以交表了。
