let us consider the following situations:

1] your friend/relative/employer/parents has an unoccupied/occupied flat situated at net 41, they are very generous to you and allow you  to live in their flat, free of rent and utlities expenses etc.

your decisions are that you use the net 41 address for poa purpose but you do not occupy that flat, ie. your children nor you physically live in that flat.


2] similar to point 1] situation, but you have honestly paid for the rent of that flat, and neither of your children nor yourself living in that flat.

3] you could live in that flat, and in substance, both your children and yourself living in that flat, but free of rent because the owner of that flat is mr. lee k.s. who woul like to help you out legally.


in which case, the parents have committed an offence, which the eudcation department should prosecute the relevant parents, by reporting to the education department in respect of their address in net 41?

let us play the game in accordance with the prevailing rule!

we should consider to write to mr cheung man kwok, legislator councillor representing the edcuation constituency, demanding mr. cheung to follow up the issue with the relevant education department, ie. enforcing the education department to take immediate actions and possible enactment of new rule.

a few clearks with one officer at the education department could check all those relevant applicants applying for net 41 school net within a few days, not few weeks!

should we demand the highest grade relevant officer in charging of this address vetting to answer questions raised by mr cheung??????
