We are also struggling this issue. My son loves science, but he does not decide by now which direction exactly for his university. So he would like to take all three science courses, Phy, Chem, and Bio. However, it is very difficult for him to take all in IB. We do not know if universities in US have requirement for a specific course taken in secondary school similar to the universities in HK? Anyone knows?
In addition, it seems the content and the depth of Maths, Phy, Chem, and Bio are less in IB than in NSS, am I right? |
