101% for sure ! Since I can type the word h-a-c-k but I can't hack.

A tricky question for you, the Maths-man. Is it possible to have 101 % in this sense (not talking about "increase"or "decrease" 101% or 110% ) ? Theoretically speaking,can I say I am 102% sure about xxxx... ?
