If really can't afford up to Y.12, then I think is better to study in local English primary, e.g. TSL.
I think switching back to Local DSS Seconday School is possible provided the DSS offer you a place.
For subsidized local secondary school, can try applying at or after F.2, i.e. central allocation is not available. |
