Just received the notice today...you can ask your friends' whose kids are studying at KV to help collecting the application form for you from 1 to 30 Oct.

I passed the stuff to the teacher on 6 Oct and got back the application forms on 11 Oct (my son was absent for school interview on 8 Oct).  The application no. for the daughter of my friend is 022x, interview time @9:45am while the application no. for the son of my friend is 024x, interview time also @9:45am.
