will york have lots of other expenses - this is its reputation - people told me finally every month around $8000. Is it true? If don't join their extra-curricula activities- will that impact on the student's academic standard?

You mean including Cambridge Eng is around $6000-$7000? Are the teachers for Cam Eng coming from outside or is it their own Eng teacher?
