My son wake up at around 8-9am. I give him courses at around 10 am. then finish at 11am & come back home to take lunch and change uniform. Then go to school.
He will sleep after come back home at around 4:30/5pm. Them take dinner around 6:30 pm. Sleep at around10pm/11pm.
He is never sleepy at school.
But parents have to train them to adjust to the new daily schedule. |
