Does anyone know that if my husband is not in hk to see the result of 6/6, can I go instead of him since he's the one to register and has the proven address? What about he writes me an authorized letter? And in case the daughter is lucky to be drawn to an ideal school. Should I register to that school on 6/6 or can I do it later, say the next Monday?
