DSE 科目應考時使用語文

想請問有無有經驗家長曾經有以下情況既真實經驗：

1. 如學校以英文教授某DSE科目；及
2. 學生中五時亦以英文完成該科目SBA題目。

疑問：

A. 現行相關條例下，可唔可以於中六報考DSE時，該科目選擇以中文應考，即日校無權干涉學生應考某科目的語言？有無家長有成功經驗，仔女咁樣報到同本身日校教授開同已交SBA的不同的應考語言。甚至已報到及已考完DSE？

我查過，考評局其實有答過以上問題，但佢係用"expected"一字，而唔係用"must"或"shall"，同埋尾二個句＂Regardless of the language version chosen, S5 SBA marks submitted to the HKEAA need not be re-submitted.＂好似暗示係可以最終應考某科DSE時既語文，跟日校教授同埋已完成SBA既語文，係可以唔同。

If a HKDSE candidate has completed their SBA work of a certain subject in English in S.5, can he/she sit the examination in Chinese in S.6? If yes, does he/she need to submit the SBA work again?

Students are expected to complete their SBA work in the same language as the medium of instruction according to schools’ medium of instruction policy. The same principle applies to the choice of language version when students register for the HKDSE examination as school candidates. Regardless of the language version chosen, S5 SBA marks submitted to the HKEAA need not be re-submitted. According to HKEAA policy, no language version will be shown on the Results Notice or certificate.

無錯，其實就係諗緊呢科。所以想睇下呢度有無家長 / 學生曾經試過我最上面#1形容既情況。
