my son wrote P.14, 15 and he did P.14 and 15 only. besides, his handbook has GE3 (M and N)

only PE jacket/pants and a big green jacket. others, like shirt, uniform pant, uniform coat, tie, PE T-shirt shall be bought at "Joseph" ga. we went there on last sat. and hence we brought those ordered via school together and hence my son no need to bring back home tonight.

. they said only plain white shirt with green tie with school logo is need. i bought plain white shirt only.

Why don't you ask school (teacher/staff) to fax the blank one to you directly? My son's form has filled in the upper part and corrected by the teacher already and hence no blank form can be faxed to you. so sorry~

i bought all except vest as they don't have it when i went to joseph but will buy later.

dict - my son didn't tell me he has dictation on last sat. i thought it's today and hence just help him to study by yesterday

yes, i didn't help my son to do the eng. revision this time. besides, just after the tests, he seems a bit reluctant to do the revision of dictations this time.
