I have several questions, hope that someone could give me more info:

1.  If either WY or St. Jo is put as choice 1, which of the following schools, in your opinions, has better chance in choice 2 ,could you please indicate better chance from 1-4.

Hennessy Am
Hennessy Pm
St. James
Precious Blood

2.  Anyone knows if it is true that for St. James and Hennessy Am, if they're not put as choice 1, they won't accept me " knocking door"?  If this is true, then this means it is useless to put them as choice 2, right?

3.  Is Precious blood academically stronger (i.e. better secondary placement in the past) than 李賜豪小學  for boys?

4.  Are Hennessy Am and PM still having 聯係 relationship with QC?  Is this relationship remained unchanged after they are converted into full day school?  Is Hennessy Pm a traditional type of school?

5.  For filling out Central Allocation form, if I omit some of the schools (e.g. either WY and St. Jo is chosen, then Hennessy Am is useless to put as choice 2), is it true that the form would not be completely filled out?  Learnt from other ppl that it is highly recommended all choices should be filled in.

2.  The situation is if I decide to put either WY or St. Jo as first, then for choice 2,  I have to choose a school that

a) it still has certain chance for getting in
b) in case of failure, it allows me to "knock door" as long as they have rule like "They're being put among my first 3 choices" or similar rule.  

As such, if Hennessy AM doesn't accept "knocking door" application if it is not first choice, and the chance for getting in as choice 2 is zero / minimal, then it doesn't make sense to choose it as choice 2.  Same for St. James, since if it is true that even chosen as choice 1 doesn't guarantee a place, it shouldn't be in choice 2 either.

Any more comments?

4)  Heard that Hennessy pm is more activities approach, is this true only when comparing to Hennessy am?  Or I have mistaken something here.  Please correct me.

Seems in recent years, St. James become similar to St. Jo and WY, if it's not First choice, chance for 2nd is zero, so it's not practical to put it as second choice, although I like it over Precious Blood and Hennessy.  But I have to face the reality. If St. James is more popular than Hennessy am/pm, then it's more safe to put Hennessy  as 2nd choice.

BTW, does Hennessy am have certain chance as 2nd choice?  I used to think Hennessy am has better chance to go to QC for boys due to it's more traditional, so my impression was wrong.  Is it the Hennessy pm has 精英 class then? Or both am/pm has got it?  I actually prefer Hennessy am since its chance to QC seems better than pm, and am school is preferred.  However, since in 2015, both will be chanced to full day, so the latter consideration becomes less essential.  Is picking Hennessy pm as 2nd better than Hennessy am then?

Thanks Charlotte_mom.  This is what I wanna know, i.e. the exact number of places available for lucky draw.  But will there be an official numbers from EDB available for public's view, so to plan for lucky draw? 李賜豪 is not there either.  From the table, 番禺會所華仁小學 doesn't specify am/pm, I suppose it has am and pm session which run by gov't allotment independently, right?  Even 寶覺小學 has no places left in first phase.  Really hectic!

I have a question, if I definitely won't want my son go to Buddhist school, should I still fill in them?  Is it if I fail in getting a seat at my higher priority schools (e.g. Choice 1-5), and I don't fill in any other boys / co-ed schools Choice 5, then if I can't get a seat within choice 1-5, I will be getting a seat from a schools that's still have seats available in any of the areas in HK?

So, in Net 12, for boys seems 4 schools to be chosen as choice 1 :  WY, St Jo, St James, Hennessy am.  So If I choose WY, and I decide not to fill the rest, I should totally not to fill in these schools in the form, right?
