If it is purely by lucky draw, then it has to be luck by random.  Unless they mistaken discretionary phase with lucky draw.

樓主, 恕我直言.  其實, 你討論的重點是什麼?  呢個比例系吾系正常?  或有冇其他幼稚園都甘好風水?

讓我這樣說, 如果所有派華仁 + St. Jo, then 我會認為超lucky because those two are the top most wanted boys schools.  Can't say it's abnormal, because of no evidence.  軒小有上午和下午, plus 華仁, 實際上是3間學校.  有一個更客觀的評估應考慮到過去的分配結果，而不是僅僅一年。


So, 是的，今年他們很lucky, and then what ? Or the other way to say it, 幸運的是，Net 12 有好幾間出名boys 學校而已.
