It depends on how much you want to cover. In my experience, the OSHC plans coverage of different insurance firms are quite similar, you may refer to the brochure (with Chinese/Eng version) found in the following link to have some ideas of the coverage (but it does mean I recommend this firm! )

However, before you buy the plan via the uni, you may better check the price at the official site of the insurance firm, sometime you can find a cheaper offer (I don't know why) buying it yourself online.
