She might be using somebody else's address, who lives in net 41. Otherwise, it's impossible for someone who's not living in net 41 to get a place in LS.
I remember Part A of 2nd round doesn't have any restriction on residency. Maybe, she's real lucky enough or she's what Charwes said using the fake residential address. |
