We attended the interviews last year.  

1st round was for the kids with drawing, talent show, questionaire on parents (which turned up carrying scores)...

2nd round was solely for parents.  6 pairs were invited in one lot for an open group discussion with no defined topic.

This year even have 3rd round...

What are the purposes of the interviews - just for sake of interviews???

What I feel is the school is quite messy.  Many of the parents who had attended the 2nd interview (we did last year) commented the interview did not appear to serve any purpose from the school selection perspective.  Quite interesting that a 3rd interview is required - is it indicating the school might not be confident on the effectiveness of the 1st two interviews or it has learnt that 1st two interviews they organized were not effective enough.

Anyway, it does provide a chance for those marginal case candidate.

Your quote is very useful.  It again confirms that our decision not to study in this school is definitely right.

Thank also to the 2nd interview chaired by the young lady which we reckoned totally meaningless and lack of substance.  Hence, we decided not to accept the offer.

We found the school is quite messy.  Teachers are relatively green and inexperienced.  Teaching style is inconsistent.

A refers to the word "Affiliate".  It is the affiliate school of the University.

Even in the school briefing, no explanation but keep referring to A school.
