I think the school just wished to keep the 'waiting pool list' bigger. You know, there must be kids withdraw later and the school would call the waiting list (especially after the Luck Draw in next June). Also, there must be kids in waiting list not accept the offer, so ...... if the school issued many rejection letters today, how can it offer them tomorrow....
I think it is a clever arrangement (for a private school). But HK people always say 'unfair' if unlike it .... |
