I have once thought of putting my boy in the homework club - 2 hours after school with guidiance on homework. However, HKQQbaby reminded me that I would lose the opportunity to know what he does not understand or what he is weak in. Besides, two hours is too much for the homework. I would prefer doing some reading or let him rest / play rather than leaving him in school dreaming after finishing the homework. Or, the kid will use up the entire 2 hours to do the amount of work which he can finish in less than 1 hour time.
This would work only if the parents cannot spend time on guiding the kid on homework.
Is you kid going to study in SMC next year?
