I don't think teachers will allow students to walk around in class with no discipline.  My daughter told me that there was a chair in the class (different color) for them to calm down if they are naughty or talking too much without control.

For English, I didn't have my girl to go for supplementary class as she is fluent.  We used Eng as the mean of communication at home.  She talks Cantonese with my helper and grannies.  She learnt alot of Cantonese and Chinese words from school.  SC has very comprehensive system to teach your kid Eng.  Follow their four weeks plan and you should have no problem. Once again, your kid learn a language not only from 1-2 hours in class from Mon to Fri, but continuously.  We need to provide an environment for them to learn that language.  Otherwise, even you have the best teacher, they would not be benefit a bit from them.
