Sorry to hear about your bad experience.

I guess to be fair, many office clerks would hope to make their life easier so they would just try to give routine answers to parents.  So I guess it could happen to many kindergartens, especially those popular ones where similar inquiries would be made to them frequently.

Take the time and think about it if you are still holding both places and decide which one that you would feel more comfortable and trust worthy.  However, just a friendly reminder, don't forget to decide soon and release the place that you no longer need.  I guess there are still many parents waiting to get in either one of them.
