返半日既小學, 仲剩番邊間啊

All the remaining half-day ones in Kowloon all changed to whole day by this coming year.  There are still some more in HK island and N.T.

If they didn't make this change, I think half of the primary schools would be cut in the past 6-7 years......

Personally I don't like whole day primary too, but I guess the regulator have limited options......  reality.....
