That was the "unlucky" year in 2007 with the below par result in HKCEE.  The percentage is 51.1% in 2008 and 55.1% in 2009.  Haven't got the latest 2010 update yet in the annual report.

According to Raimondi's latest 2009-10 annual report, thi percentage is 55.2% in 2010 HKCEE.

so I think in average Raimondi achieved a better average but these percentages can vary year by year.
