No idea how it allocate interview slot. I submitted the form at around 2:00 p.m. and the interview time is 10:42 am.

really? My daughter's time slot is 10:42 a.m. and her letter is yellow....The game becomes more and more mystery and funny right now....

My friend's daughter does. Her duaghter is born 5/06 and her interview time is 11:xx. I guess it has something to do with the room.
