I wish to respond to the 'bargaining power' part.
Like I only opt for 'easy' and 'happy' kinders for my girl. No outside English and Maths classes, no competitions, certificates and awards. Just a lot of reading. She's right now in MS K3. Out of the 4 schools we applied, she gets offers from a DSS and 2 private schools. So I cannot say she's losed her 'bargaining power' by staying in MS.
MS/SC/KV does not have all the ingredients to famous DSS. I guess it depends what are the parents' other inputs on the child. |
